Esteban Santana is a dedicated Family Law attorney with over two decades of experience guiding clients through some of life’s most challenging transitions. His practice focuses on Divorce, Custody, Timesharing, Child Support, Paternity, and related family matters, where he combines strategic advocacy with genuine empathy. Esteban is committed to protecting his clients’ financial stability, preserving meaningful parent‑child relationships, and providing clear, steady guidance through every step of the legal process.

Mr. Santana served as a prosecutor for the State of Florida, gaining extensive courtroom experience and developing the litigation skills he now brings to family law cases. His background includes representing the Florida Department of Revenue in hundreds of paternity and child support establishment / enforcement actions, experience that gives him unique insight into the issues families face.

Esteban’s commitment to service began long before his legal career. As a combat medic in the United States Army, he earned the Army Achievement Medal for outstanding leadership. After his Honorable Discharge, he completed his B.A. in Business Administration from Interamerican University in 1998 and earned his Juris Doctor from Pontificia University School of Law in 2002.

He is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar, the Family Law Division of the Florida Bar, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the Puerto Rico Bar Association, and the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico.
